One to One Counselling

Here at The White Lily Centre we understand that sometimes you may need a little help to get through the darkest days, weeks, months or even years after losing a loved one. We want you to know that you do not have to struggle on alone. People are often surprised at the difference it can make having someone to express their thoughts and feelings to in confidence, someone who understands just how devastating the loss of a loved one can be and how long that dark tunnel of grief can appear.

Our friendly, compassionate team of bereavement counsellors is led by Margaret Francis, who has over 10 years of experience of working with bereaved families and specialist training in Complicated Grief and Traumatic Loss.

One to one counselling may be accessed via telephone, online or face to face to suit your needs and there is no charge for this service for anyone residing in Southampton or surrounding areas.
